Our values
At Red Kite we believe passionately about people and the natural environment. We have strong environmental ethics and sustainability underpins everything we do. We make ethical purchasing decisions and seek ways to address our carbon footprint and support our community.
Our team
We have an amazing team at Red Kite. We like to work flexibly and make sure everyone has a good work/ life balance, whilst making sure everything gets done. Lifelong learning is important for us, and we invest in training and professional development. Giving young people opportunities we believe is vital for the long term viability of our professions. We support team members with professional accreditation and each year we also support local young people with meaningful work experience and placements to help them kick start their careers.
Our community
Putting something back is vital. Each year we support a local community group or organisation with direct or work in kind funding. We’ve sponsored a marathon runner, paid for tools and equipment for a local conservation group and completed landscape design work free of charge for a local community centre.

Our planet
We all need to do our bit to address climate change. Each year we undertake a sustainability audit and look at practical ways to reduce our impact on the planet. We even sponsor a local beehive to keep our insects buzzing!
