    Towcester, South Northamptonshire

Red Kite were commissioned by South Northamptonshire Council to produce a Landscape Management Plan for the Watermeadows, which is a Grade II* Registered Park and Garden in Towcester. The purpose of the Landscape Management Plan was to provide an overarching document which encompasses a range of policies, strategies and consultation to formulate a long term plan for the future management of the Site. As part of the plan, we proposed an action plan which provides a structured timeline of activities and capital works to be carried out over the next five years, and identified potential delivery partners and sources of funding to assist in its implementation. Red Kite have since been commissioned to carry out the next phase of the project, which includes project managing an application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund programme, Rural Development Programme for England, and the Environment Agency Water Environment Grant.
