We have launched Phase 2 of the consultation for the Grange in Leominster. The aim of the consultation is to gain feedback from local residents and stakeholders on the concept proposals we have developed for the Grange. We’ll be holding a number of stakeholder workshops, public drop-in sessions, and surveys throughout July.
The concept proposals have been informed by site analysis and technical surveys carried out by the Red Kite team, and the results of the Phase 1 consultation. The proposals include a new multi-age destination space, wildlife garden, habitat restoration, improved site infrastructure, sensory labyrinth garden, natural play trail, picnic areas, events space and cafe terrace, and sculpture trail. The proposals respond to the sensitive heritage and ecology of the site, whilst enhancing the community recreational value for local residents and visitors to Leominster.
